He kept us informed throughout the entire process, kept us calm in moments of anxiaty and uncertainty.

Eliel took the time to explain the entire process. Whenever we had a question, he always made sure to explain very well so we could understand everything. He consistently went the extra mile to send us estimates for all the houses we were looking at, allowing us to have a clear idea of all the numbers. This is something that other lenders are not willing to do.
